Designating the Members of the National Government Technical Working Groups for the Intergovernmental Energy Board (IEB) to Help the Bangsamoro Government Effectively Carry Out its Functions in Accordance with R.A. 11054
WHEREAS, on 01 December 2021 , during the 3rd meeting of the Intergovernmental Energy Board (IEB), the Co-Chairs agreed on the creation of additional Technical Working Groups (TWGs) to cater to the different facilities and services of DOE with the responsibility to resolve issues within their functions and capacitate the Bangsamoro;
WHEREAS, in order to help effectively carry out the functions of the IEB in accordance with Republic Act (RA) 11054 or the Bangsamoro Organic Law (BOL), the TWGs for Energy Planning, Investment Promotions, Resource Development for Renewable Energy, Downstream Oil and Gas, and Energy Efficiency and Conservation are being proposed to be created;
