ADVISORY : Updating of Product Sales Inventory Report

Relative to PELP Registration, the DOE would like to inform all PELP-registered companies that the deadline for submission of Updated Product Sales Inventory Report, for purposes of requesting for Certificate of Exemption, will be on January 31, 2023. As stated in the PELP Implementing Guidelines, product models already in the market prior to PELP implementation but have either failed the prescribed Minimum Energy Performance (MEP) requirement or have been phased out or discontinued in production may apply for a Certificate of Exemption provided that these models are declared in the PSIR and no additional stocks of the same model will be produced, distributed or sold to retailers. All PSIR submissions and update requests for this purpose will no longer be accepted after January 31, 2023

On the other hand, for updating of Company Registration documents, i.e., Business Permit and annual PSIR (2022 inventory) will be accommodated until May 31, 2023. Applicants may request for PELP Company updates through email at eumb.epred@doe.gov.ph
